Situated in the Boavista Golf Resort between Lagos and Praia da Luz. This top quality apartment is modern, immaculate and newly decorated, It has been built and furnished to a high standard. It accomodates 4 people, has two bedrooms (large double bed 180 cm and twin beds) with bath en-suite, plus a large shower room. Comfortable living room with a dining table and French windows leading to the terrace (25m2).
The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-fi and TV satellite available.
Front -:the apartment is located right by the communal pool (heated April-October) and garden.
Rear - across the road there is a safe children's play area, tennis courts and a football pitch.
The clubhouse is a short walk away, it is a comfortable and cosy place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and where you can enjoy the large sunny terrace overlooking the bay of Lagos and Monchique hills.
Discounted entrance to Boavista Health Club and Spa : heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna, sundeck, children's pool and a well-equipped gym. Games center : archery, volleyball, croquet and petanque. Discounts apply

Lovely table and chairs outside and superb security with electric blinds that secured all windows and doors. Apartment was lovely and spacious with plenty of natural light.

Pegas e panos. Sala grande e confortável com vista para a piscina. Dois quartos confortáveis, um deles com WC privativa. Camas boas, com bons atoalhados. Alpendre com mesa grande e chapéu. Cadeiras tipo espreguiçadeira para aproveitar o sol. Estacionamento em frente ao apartamento, assim como a piscina. Spa, piscina interior, campos de golfe e tênis, playground nas proximidades. Segurancas a passar constantemente pelo condomínio. Excelente localização a 5min de carro da praia de porto de mós e do centro de lagos e de supermercados. Bom para quem quer explorar as praias da região. Tranquilo, seguro e com boas infraestruturas

Der Boavista Golf Club ist ein super gepflegtes Areal, die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber eines Pools. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann. Auf dem Gelände kann man einen Indoor Pool und ein Wellness bzw. Fitness-Angebot nutzen. Auch Restaurants gibt es. Es war sehr ruhig, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert und man hatte einen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Eine tolle Wohnung!
