Decoración, comodidad, estado en general y situación. Su plaza de garage es grande y bien accesible. Su terraza/balcón es muy agradable. Buen aire acondicionado. Buenas zonas comunes, muy bien mantenidas y muy buena piscina.

Teniendo en cuenta que es la primera vez que alquilo un apartamento en la zona de la Carihuela, lo que he visto es que falta cierto mantenimiento o reparaciones en una serie de muebles. Siendo la cocina tan grande y moderna, sorprende que no tenga lasee more

Siendo la cocina tan grande y moderna, sorprende que no tenga lavavajillas pero bueno, no es importante. Pero bueno, en definitiva, es un apartamento perfecto, cómodo y muy acogedor.
